The English-flavored, charming home has already won two separate awards, an ASID Design Excellence Award and its dining room won designers, Stephen Pararo and Zach Azpeitia, top honors when it was recognized as Southeast Designer of the Year: Best Dining Room by ADAC and Veranda magazine.
